Faye Grant, 87, of Abilene, TX passed away November 6, 2022 after a long, courageous battle with Alzheimers. She was born December 23, 1934 in Goldsboro, TX to the late Danie May and Jessie William "Willie" Aldridge.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, J.W. "Spud" Aldridge and Jack Aldridge, sister, Bennie Hendrix, first husband and children's father, A. C. "Cecil" Copeland, and step-son, Donald James Grant.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, William Edward "Bill" Grant of Abilene, TX, brother, Phillip Aldridge, son, Greg (Monica) Copeland, Whitney, TX, son, Curtis (Cindy) Copeland of Keller, TX, daughter, Lisa (Mark) Zoller of Azle, TX, step-sons, William "Willie" Grant, Jr. of Crews, TX, and Craig (Cara) Grant of Abilene, TX. She was lovingly known as "FayeFaye" by all her 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren with 3 more on the way, 5 step-grandchildren and 6 step-great grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, November 10 from 5-7 PM at Fry-Smith Funeral Home in Tuscola, TX.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 10:30am in the Lawn Baptist Church, Lawn, Texas.
