ABILENE: Evelyn Welch, 77, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2016. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Fry-Smith Funeral Home, Tuscola. A memorial service will follow the visitation at the funeral home. Interment will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 in Eastlawn Memorial Park, Early.
