.He entered this world on February 22, 1941, in Baird, TX, born to Robert "Bob" and Effie "Laverne" (Bryant) Austin.
After a brief service in the Marines, Bobby managed Gibson's Department store in Abilene.
He is survived by his daughters Christi King and husband Kole of Tuscola; Brandi Austin of Tuscola; grand-daughter Charly; and his daughter's mother Kay Austin.
