He entered this world on March 3, 1930, in Senora, TX, born to Fred and Velma (Smith) White.

He graduated from South Taylor County High School in 1948. He met Nora Faye Wells in San Angelo, Texas and married her on June 10, 1949. Nora was the love of his life for 66 years and he missed her every day since her death February 17, 2015.

He was drafted and served in the Army from 1953 - 1955. He was stationed in El Paso, Texas at Fort Bliss. While stationed at Fort Bliss, their first son, Freddie was born on April 16, 1954. After Frank's tour of duty, they relocated to Abilene, where Frank's career began in the oil fields of Texas. Their second son, Dennis was born on February 17, 1957. Then, their daughter Debbie was born on September 22, 1964.

Frank and Nora moved to Tuscola where he started White's Well Service and Sanco Transport Company in 1960. He was a major contributor in the oil industry for 30 years.

Frank loved to spend time at the lake with his family. He and Nora liked to travel and spent many hours on the roads across the United States. He enjoyed time with neighbors, friends, and in his recent years, watching Polka every Saturday. Frank loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grand children. He will leave a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. His storytelling will live in the hearts of those who knew him forever.
